MUSIC LESSONS 4U POLICY
We experience a high demand for lessons and the large majority of students are chasing the same lesson times. Cancellation means a missed opportunity of another person having a lesson.
By placing importance and value on the lessons, students maintain a commitment to learning the instrument.
Please choose a lesson time that suits you best and that you are happy to commit to, as you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancelling a Booked Lesson
You will be charged the full price of your lesson if you do not turn up on the day or cancel/re-schedule within the last 48 hours before your lesson.

There is no charge for rescheduling a lesson to a time and day at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled lesson if such a slot is available.

Punctuality

We usually teach several lessons in a row, which means that you cannot expect your lesson to be moved back to accommodate lateness. Regardless of the reason the lesson will end at the scheduled time. However, if there is no other bookings directly following your allocated session, we will try to give you a full lesson.

No Show
​
If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson, regardless of the reason, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.

Rescheduling/Makeup Lessons
​
If you require your lesson to be rescheduled you must do so at least 48 hours before and a makeup lesson will be scheduled. Otherwise you will be charged in full.

If in the unlikely case your tutor has to reschedule the lesson they will also give you at least 48 hours notice.
